Do we have to get there at a certain time or is this all day. Went to the fair today and it started to rain. But I was told w that we would have to pay another admission fee. Even though to park I would be able to park again without pay a second time. My children and I was very disappointed because we go to the fair and the circus a few times every time they are in town.
